The monoblock compactor is mainly designed for compaction, especially of the fully sealed box due to wet waste. For this category of compactor, the press and container are monolithic, forming a single block. Everything is evacuated to the recovery center or recycling center. Monoblock compactors are therefore designed for highly reduced waste processing as they are not emptied daily and the volumes processed rarely exceed 50 or even 60 cubic metres.
Stationary compactor is more suitable for high volume, and for dry wastes: packaging, cardboard, plastic … Generally centers, specific local communities … so many industries and interest so much do with wet waste used by shopping, wide distribution others. For this range, only the container is removed and then emptied at a recycling center or sorting centre. A stationary compactor offers the advantage of reducing waste volume by 5 to 10 times.
Bale is also somewhat singular. It compacts like a monoblock or fixed station, but develops a greater compaction density and produces waste bales of more than 200 or even 300 kilos, all surrounded to protect the whole.
It is used to process metal scrap in continuous bale and ejection fully automatic mode. They are best suited for homogeneous metal scraps such as UBCs (Used beverage cans), CRC, car body scrap, white goods and other similar materials. Our hydraulic baling press has a triple action mechanism to offer our customers bales with the highest density and excellent results. The name of the baler comes from the continuous feeding it provides. Metal scrap is fed into the baler continuously. magnet, grab crane or a conveyor. The scrap is compressed from three sides, such as a triple compression baler or a three-roll baler.
